During the annual Mother Woolfolk Missionary Banquet Dinner, which is held at the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ Leadership Seminar, the International Missionary Department presents various awards and banners. Below is the list of awards and criteria. You can send nominations to awards@imdcooljc.org.

Mother Delphia Perry Award

Awarded to the Local or State (excluding Host State) who has the most registered delegates through the Missionary Department.

Mother Susan Parrott Award

Awarded to a prayer Missionary that received an answer to her effectual fervent prayer, regarding an extraordinary circumstances. Please submit her name and a minimum one-page description.

Mother Gertrude B. Frasier Award

Awarded to any Missionary who during the current year has contributed in an exceptional manner to her Local, State, or International Missionary Department. She must be recommended by her Local or State Missionary President. Please submit her name and why this Missionary is being recommended for such an award.

Mother Harriet Maloney Award

Awarded to a Missionary that placed her life, finances, job, etc. on the line for Christ, with the spirit and attitude that “…if I perish, I perish, I’m going to see the King.” Please submit her name and a one-page description.

Mother Pandora R. Williams Award For Missionary of the Year

Awarded to the Missionary who has worked in an outstanding manner on the Local, State, and International levels. Please submit her name and a one-page description.

Mother Mildred S. Woolfolk Award For Special Project

Awarded to the State/Diocesan mother who raises the most for the IMD State Mother’s Talent through a special fund raising project. In the event of a tie, the Mother who registers first in the IMD office will receive the award. All Mother’s Special Talent Project monies must be placed in a special sealed envelope. The envelope will be provided to you.

Mother DyAnne E. Moultrie Award For Global Mission

One for the Local Church; One for the State or Diocese that turns in the greatest funds (per capita) for Foreign Missions. In the event of a tie, the Mother who registers first in the IMD Office will receive the award.

Mother Doris G. Hudson Award For Souls Saved

One for the Local Church; One for the State or Diocese that reports the most souls saved (per capita). In the event of a tie, the Mother who registers first in the IMD Office will receive the award.

Mother Ethelyn R. Rosier Award

Awarded to the Diocese, Local, or Individual who did a special or outstanding project involving helping others at home or abroad. Please submit name and a one page description.

Mother Mildred Lewis Unsung Hero Award

Awarded to the missionary who has consistently displayed faithful service in the local church, diocese, and international levels. By love and compassion, has mentored a young person 35 years old or younger leading them to Christ. Please submit the two-three paragraph application outlining how this kingdom-building, labor-intense, work was accomplished.

Best Local: Small Assemblies of 29 or Less Members

Awarded to the Local Church that reported in every category, with accuracy and neatness in both the Spiritual, as well as Financial reports. Must include a written report of the years’ activities. Must be on the appropriate blank and turned in by the designated deadline.

Best Local: Large Assemblies of 30 or More Members

Awarded to the Local Church that reported in every category, with accuracy and neatness in both the Spiritual, as well as Financial reports. Must include a written report of the years’ activities. Must be on the appropriate blank and turned in by the designated deadline.

Best State: Small Assemblies of 29 or Less Members

Awarded to the State or Diocese that reported in every category, with accuracy and neatness in both the Spiritual, as well as Financial reports. Must include a written report of the years’ activities. Must be on the appropriate blank and turned in by the designated deadline.

Best State: Large Assemblies of 30 or More Members

Awarded to the State or Diocese that reported in every category, with accuracy and neatness in both the Spiritual, as well as Financial reports. Must include a written report of the years’ activities. Must be on the appropriate blank and turned in by the designated deadline.
